Top MLM Recruiting Tips and Secrets Exposedrecruiting tips

Here are some of the best MLM recruiting tips that I’ve come across over the years from asking top recruiters tips that helped them have success. These recruiting tips will help you no matter what MLM you may be involved in.

One of the biggest recruiting tips that is common among the leaders is persistency and staying in the game. All of the top recruiters have had success because they stuck through the hard times (they all had them) and they kept searching for ways to build their business. If you stay in the business long enough and stay consistent, you will eventually get the results you’re looking for.

So many people quit far too early because they aren’t seeing success. They become skeptical because they’re not taught properly the recruiting tips they need to find prospects and what to say to them. The trainings they received are full of false promises of this industry being “easy” and “everyone needs our product”. If you’ve been around long enough in this industry, you know that this is pure hype.

Top 10 MLM Recruiting Tips You Must Knowrecruiting tips

1. Before you quit the business, make sure you actually began it in the first place. If you were treating your business like a hobby, it will pay you like one and actually cost you money. If you’re actively prospecting and talking to people on a consistent basis, you will get paid for those efforts.

2. Identify and seek out your TARGET audience. Be specific with who you’re ideal prospect really is. Don’t say “everyone is a prospect” because that is not entirely true. Find out what their likes and interests are, what their needs and wants are, what problems they have in their life. Get into their mind so that you know how your product or service can benefit them.

3. Find out which online and offline approaches work best for you in order to get in front of your target audience. Make sure you find an approach that your comfortable with and use language that YOU use, not your upline or anyone else.

4. Be yourself and stand out by taking advantage of who YOU are. We all have our strengths which makes us unique. Some are better at approaching strangers, others are more comfortable talking to people online. Don’t do something that feels unnatural to you just because it worked for someone else. Your prospect can sense your lack of confidence and you lose credibility.

5. Talk the way YOU talk, in YOUR voice, so that others who are waiting for you, hear your call

6. Create curiosity with your proscpects using language that is not full of hype and that is FTC safe, yet excites them about the possibilities of joining the business with you.

7. When talking about the business side, sum it up in 2-3 sentences that any 13 year old can understand.

8. When talking about your product/service that you market use language any 13-year old can understand.

9. Have confidence in what you’re doing. Having the right posture is key to success. If you don’t, then you won’t think that what you’ve done, or what you have to offer, will be of interest to others.

10. Commit to working this business at least 3-5 years before saying “this doesn’t work”. You need this amount of time to learn new skills, sharpen them, and to do these things until you become super skilled like a professional to the point you can do it without thinking.

Any network marketer with that uses these recruiting tips and advanced skills is in charge of their own future and destiny.
